First things first: I've loved tactile ASMR long before I understood the technical term. As a kid, I didn't know what it was called, I just knew how it made me feel.

Calm. Safe. Still. And yet, very alive. Euphoric, even. Free from heavy thoughts, full of bliss and wonderful feelings. A response worth recreating, and making a part of my life.

In tandem, I've always been instinctually aware of what scientific evidence actually proves: the importance of human connection and touch. This is what has led me to personal and professional experiences brimming with significant interpersonal relationships, guided me to obtain my massage license in 2016, and inspires me to continue learning and growing as a human and a healer.

Along my journey, I've absorbed many valuable things; perhaps the most vital is the awareness that mental, emotional, and physical health is about being proactive. When we've reached a reactive state, many times it can be much harder to revert, or even too late.

Repeat After Me: Self-Care isn't a Luxury. Self-Care is Essential.

I am honored and humbled for the opportunity to offer ASMR Touch Therapy to Northeast Ohio. As a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner, this distinctive element of nurturing touch and tangible wonder is an essential piece of the Static & Stillness client experience...whether it's feather-light touch or deep tissue work. Getting to know you - mind, body, and spirit - is not only my goal, but it's my privilege.
